Aftermarket in-dash GPS that supports adding Funtreks data?

I have a Garmin Nuvi that works fine with my Funtreks microSD cards. But I want to consolidate a couple of things.

I'm looking at in-dash GPS units. Just the aftermarket ones, not the factory units.

Has anyone loaded the Funtreks data into one of these and gotten it to work? If so, what head unit do you have and what did you do to make it go?
