anyone familiar with the turn signal switch?

I have been working on my steering column and i had to take it all apart.. when i went to put it all back together my turn signal wasn't catching like it's supposed to and not making the white thing turn... o don't know if i forgot to put a piece back or what.. if you have any idea about this stuff please help

There is a little knob at the end that goes in the colunm that has to be in the right spot

Alright i figured it out.. got everything back together and the bright and dim light part isn't working..
