HELP! 2016 audio setup/install

Hey guys, I recently picked up 2016 jku.
Im middle of installing pioneer avh HU, and saw 2 connector from factory HU.
The smaller sonnector which has 10 pins only has 3 wires. Which is green, green/orange?, green/yellow.
Where do I need take this wires to? Or can I just ignore it?
I think my factory HU is 430 no NAV.
Also, after install is complete. I have Alpine powered sub (pwe-s8) that i want to install. Can I put this guys straight into Pioneer HU RCA spot??

This is very frustrating.... I just got done with teraflex lift myself and this audio wiring BS is giving me more stress than ever.

Thanks in advance

The easiest and simplest solution is buy a wiring harness kit to your new Head unit that way you do not hack up your OEM wiring.

I used Scosche Reverse Wiring Harness - CR02B

I think the smaller wire with 3 wires is the uconnect and or the steering buttons etc.. are you not wanting to use them anymore?

For the Amp (alpine) yes you will have to run the RCA cables to your HU.

should have just bought the PAC RP4-CH11 work great. includes the radio wiring adapter and the swc. and no problems with the swc. just make sure pins aren't bent in the connector which was my only problem. also the two factory connectors are for radio and then center console usb jack which is not used.

U trun ignition on and press volume up like 30 times? It might be volume down...... But that programs everything granted u have everything wired right. GL!
