You dont load it to Itunes you load it streight to your Ipod we use Limewire just pick the music and load it up with your Ipod pluged into the computer.Thats what my kids tell me.

I use Frostwire. I go into the "Shared file", right click the song, and play in Itunes. It sounds complicated, but once you get it, it is easy. I'm sure there are others way, that is just what I do. Good luck, just mess around with it for a while

Here is the real way to do it. Open two windows explorer windows (finder in Mac). have one in the directory where you have your limewire or other music, and the other opened up to the itunes music directory. It can usually be found under my music-->itunes-->music. Click on the the file folders that you want to bring over, and drag and drop them into the itunes music folder. Once in itunes, if they don't automatically appear, go to the file menu and import library. In there you'll be able to select the folders that you just dropped into the itunes music directory, and go to town. it's super easy.

videos may have to be done through the itunes interface. YOu should be able to import them the same way that you would music. Although, I've never tried it, so you'll have to post up and let us know what works for you. Always remember, Google is your friend.

itunes requires a very specific format for it movies. Each movie/video has to be converted to the itunes format for it to even be uploaded to itunes or the ipod.
here is a link for an itunes video converter.
Videora iPod Converter - Free iPod Video Converter

you can even download a program to turn regular dvd's into files that this converter can turn into the right format
