I'm installing subs and don't know where to attach the ground wire

So I'm finally installing my subs and amp in my 07 Wrangler JK, everything seems to be going fine but I have two minor road blocks. First, where can I attach the ground wire?!?!?! It's driving me crazy and I cannot for the life of me figure out what to wire it to in the trunk. Second, I forgot if I need to wire the P. Cont wire straight to the amp or if it needs to be spliced with some other wire and then to the amp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I grounded mine straight to the floor with a seat bracket bolt

Ground it to Bare metal. If You can't find any, make some. The power wire goes straight from the battery to the amp. The remote from the head unit(usually baby blue) goes to the remote on the amp.
