My off road comms - video

Link to a quick video I did about the types of radio communication that I have available in my Jeep.

Nice video. I think you may have wanted to mention that GMRS requires a FCC licensed party in the group as well. Kinda makes it seem like FRS and CB.

Great point, GMRS does indeed require a license from the FCC. There are other communication options available as well. I was trying to respond to questions about what I have available in my Jeep. A full explanation of all the ins and outs of comms would be an awful long video.

Thanks for watching!

FYI, As you may or may not know. GMRS does not require every user to have a license. I reason I share this is it is helpful for folks to understand so they can make the choices that are best for them. Your viewers may be interested in that information. Many believe every person needs to be licensed for GMRS and other believe it is like FRS without any licensing requirements. Not every one is like us and have all three. Keep up the good work.
