possible to wire powerlock switch to a on/off switch?

Question is pretty much in the title but ill go into more detail. I at some point will be redoing my center consul and was wonder how to wire my idea up. I'm a noob when it comes to wiring things but just need some guidance.

I was wanting to use a power door locker (Essentials 524N High Power Door Lock Motor) and was wondering if I could wire the unlock switch to a on/off switch and make it like a two way switch. So that if that switch is off you will not be able to unlock the consul.

If anybody could help with how to do this it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand the unlock switch switch to an on /off switch. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to lock your consul electrically so when your top is down so no one can get into it? If so why not wire the switch from the convince outlet? That way the ignition switch has to be on to unlock it.If you want it to lock automatically when you lock the doors so you don't forget you have to use a relay. The reason is that ignition doesn't have to be on to unlock the doors. You can wire a relay in parallel with the door locks so the consul will lock with the normal locks then depending on where you get the power going through the relay contacts you will not be able to unlock with or without the ignition on. If power is constant a second switch is necessary.Once I know all the particulars we can figure out what kind of relay. Probably latching.
