Proposed Sound System Upgrade

I am looking at replacing the stock system in my 2016 Wrangerl Unlimited Rubicon with the following:
Pioneer AVH-4200NEX, JL Audio C2-650, JL Audion C2-650X, JL Audio SB-J-WRUD/10TW1/BK, JL Audio XD700/5V2 and a Crux backup camera.

Would be curious to know if anyone has this setup, what you think of it and how many hours of labor do you think would be involved to install it. The stereo shop is quoting me $2,500 for the equipment and 8 hours of labor @ $99/hr. They are an authorized Pioneer and JL Audio dealer.

Sounds about right based on my experience.

I would suggest looking into a kenwood or alpine head unit too. I did not like my 5100nex at all. Way too buggy and just did not function correctly sometimes. Cannot recommend it.

I replaced my mygig rbz yesterday with a pioneer avh-5800bhs and I'm very satisfied with it. I installed reverse camera , and the module to keep the steering wheel controls working. Everything is working great and sounds good. Not expensive at all, compared to what you were quoted for those headunits.

That is a solid Audio setup! Are they including an idatalink Masestro as well?
8 hours sound about right.

Have had the 4200nex for several months now. Great HU, no issues on rebooting. Only issue is my iPod connected via the usb in the center console, I've had to unplug and re-plug it a couple of times. Car play has been easy and apple maps has come in handy on several trips. Good luck and enjoy the new system
