Relay question?

I am trying to finish up my db-all remote starter installation and just trying to figure out the parking lights. Below is a image of how the relay should be installed. I've never dealt with relays before. I understand pin 85 is my green/black wire (- parking lights) from the db-all. Pin 87 will go to my + positive lights which is behind passenger kick panel. What I don't get are pins 86 and 30. do i hook those pins together with a 15a fuse (going to use fusible link wire if so) then connect that to 12volts? If so, where do get the 12volts from? Not sure where the best loaction is. This is on a 2012 JKU....

Thats odd, I haven't seen an alarm that requires an outboard relay for parking lights in over 20 years....oh well

Yes, it wants you to to power 86/30 off the same 15A fused power source. Basically what its doing is powering those terminals and the alarm brain will send out a negative signal via the green/black wire which completes the circuit and flashes the lights.
