Replacing bulbs in soundbar

I've gotten some answers on replacing the bulbs in my soundbar, but nothing that makes sense to me. The bubs are single ws 12v3w. Neil mentioned searching for the bulb type+LED on Ebay, but non of those bulbs look like they will fit in my bar. What am I missing?

I'm getting ready to change my dashlights to the colored LED's, seems a popular mod, and I will be doing some work on the Jeep this weekend, figured I would try and order some replacements for the soundbar while I'm at it. Noticed some folks have done the under carriage bulbs as well, again, no idea what type to look for.

Like this guy I still don't know what type of bulb it is that I'm replacing it with, I'm unclear.

Anybody able to give me some direction?

Have you tried SuperBrightLED's new vehicle application guide? I found these bulbs under Step/Courtesy lights for a '98 Wrangler. I plan to do all of my interior soon enough, and this was a big help tracking it all down!

I missed some key information in my post. It's for a VDP 6 speaker soundbar, installed in my 97 TJ. I have tried superbrightLED's, eboven, it is actually where I am planning on getting my dashboard lights. I'll try that out in the link for my under dash lights. lolpetewtf, thanks for the link with the 2012, my soundbar is aftermarket, vdp, so I don't know if the bulbs are the same, it's impossible to check year, make, and model to verify it fits.

If you haven't already, take the bulb out and get a good look at how it mounts and it's base. If it looks like the bulbs in post #2 of the thread you linked to originally, the bulbs I linked to should work for you.
