Securing a Subwoofer

Just bought the Pioneer TS-SWX2502...

I figured it wouldn't fit under the back seat, but know I'm debating as to where I can bolt it down without it getting jacked with the top off. I am looking at anti theft screws and bolts. The other option is to return it and go with a compact sub that fits under the back seat. What do you think the best option is?

I have the Pioneer downward facing sub. I pulled the sub and put in poly fill and mounted in the rear trunk area. It's clean sound and doesn't move right around. It comes with angle brackets to secure it.
