Smitty XRC Gen 2 lights to ApolloIntech HELP!

I'm trying to use the wiring harness that came with the bumper / lights. I have the wires run through the frame, now I want to make connection to the AI. Can I just cut off the switch and use the Red and Black or do I need to power and ground the other two wires that come off the harness? Should I then remove those and cap? What do I do with the Blue Wire that also runs to the switch, is that just to light the switch?

I'll answer my own Q for anyone who follows on a search.
Clip the switch off - you'll now be able to pull the red wire with the fuse out of the harness.
Clip off the extra ground wire - cap it.
Attach the blue wire to the hot, black to the ground on the AI.
Your done!
