Uconnect

I just bought a 2010 Wrangler Sport Unlimited, long story short - the salesman told me the uconnect worked, got it home and it doesn't. Took it back today and because they "sold" it with that feature, they are willing to put an aftermarket MOPAR radio in with Bluetooth at no cost to me, or I can pay the difference (which is $190) and have them install the factory version.
My question is which one? I've been trying to find pictures or something that shows what the aftermarket version looks like, and nothing. This Jeep only has 10,000 miles on it, literally looks brand new. I don't want to put something in there that looks crappy, but I also don't want to pay almost $200 for something that I should have had to begin with per the salesman. I don't want to push too hard here because I negotiated this Jeep down to $22,000 with a 2 year warranty included. I feel like if I push for anything more they'll just say get out lol. All I want is the capability to Bluetooth my iPhone songs and it not to look ghetto. Advice? Factory or aftermarket?

What radio do you have in the Jeep presently?
There are a few versions you could have; 130, 430 or 730.
As others have responded; the 730 is the only one that has the Bluetooth incorporated into the radio; all others require the external module and need it activated in the power module.
IF they are willing to provide you with the 730 for free; I would take it....
Shortly after I purchased my '11 JK Sport S; I replaced the 130 with a 730 NAV unit (FREE take off) and have been quite pleased with it.

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, work has been crazy. But after reviewing my options, I ended up taking the stock radio completely off the table. All that was going to do for me was give me the ability to use the bluetooth to talk on the phone (don't care about that really, I sense that it will become an obsolete feature once I get out of winter and am able to go topless haha). I ended up going with an aftermarket Pioneer. It has the option to use the bluetooth phone calls and music, as well as Sirius. Plus it lights up any color you want, so I turned it red to match my Jeep. It's the little things that amuse me.... I'm very pleased with the radio, does exactly what i wanted it to do and it looks like it belongs there. My only fear now is someone stealing it when I have the doors off.....

Yes good price. When I sold mine I felt a little guilty because it was such a smoldering piece of crap. But even though it sounds bad, some people find value just because it is original equipment.

Here's a pic, for reference, if anyone else is interested. In this case, it was added just over the Rubicon switches, but I assume could be added in other places too.

All I can add is jk1001 from insane audio. I yanked my 730n out and damn what a difference. Andriod based system i can cruise the internet with built in wifi and it is made especially for the jk jeep wrangler. All apps work with this unit. Google earth, google maps, weather radar maps, topo apps, the list s endless and the live wallpapers totally kick ass.Oh plug and play looks like stock factory equipment and all steering wheel controls work.
