Upgraded radio, sub doesn't work

It was time to upgrade the sound system on my 14 JKU.
Head unit 4100nex
Speakers are infinity
Amp RF R600.5
Kicker RT sub
All wired up, turn it on, everything works but no sub. Checked radio, sub out turned on. Swapped rear and sub rca...same thing. Amp in 5 channel mode..everything works but sub...help!!!

Double check crossover points. Or better yet run auto set-up. Be sure when you do that Subwoofer is ON in the menu, all crossovers are off and there is no eq set. Then plug in the microphone and run the test.

If that's not it and you double checked your RCAs, just make sure they are connected to the sub output.

If that isn't it, you can run the rear channel out of the head unit to the sub input on the amp to see if the sub amp channel is turning on. If it's not, you may have a bad amp.

Swapped out the rear and sub rca cables. Rear speakers played but not the sub. Tells me the inputs are good. The radio is working correctly, and the amp is probably bad. Let me know if my logic is flawed. Plan on returning amp tomorrow.

what I mean is, run the rear outputs from the Pioneer HU into the Subwoofer inputs on the amp and see if you hear anything. Be sure all the crossovers are set to full range. You already know the rear channel is playing from the HU so you are using a source you know works on an amp channel you are unsure about. If you get sound, then you know that your amp channel is good but your source may be bad. If you do not get sound, then you know the source is good but the amp is bad. Does this make sense?

Well, thanks for the info. Good news and well, good news. Amp is fine, as are all other components. So, changed radio to flat front/rear/sub. Found the sub was moving...hmm. Looked at amp, which I had not adjusted yet, found crossover at minimum. Moved the crossover up and we have bass! Still need to tune the amp next day off, but glad it's not a bad channel.

Appreciate all the help! Made me dig deeper into the issue.
