Thank you Extreme Terrain

I bought front and rear brake pads (Extreme Z36) for my Jeep and 1 the box with the rear pads arrived fairly quickly. The front pads never arrived. I made the stupid assumption that all the pads were in the one box. a few weeks later when I was ready to swap out my pads, I opened the box and discovered that there was only the rear set.

Extreme Terrain answered the phone quickly, located the problem (the shipping company reported the item still in transit, so basically it was lost). They immediately shipped me a replacement set for my front pads, which arrived in a couple of day.

If the original front pads ever show up, they said, please contact them and they'll pay the shipping so I can send them back.

Wow. no hassle, no fuss. I'm glad I bought from extreme terrain rather than off of Ebay or something.

Thanks guys,

Sam from Houston

Update: The front pads showed up and 1 pad had a huge chunk missing out of it. They are going to let me return it.. Good thing my existing brakes weren't scraping metal or anything, and I had time for these issues. The missing chunk wasn't in the package, so it was packaged that way, not damaged in shipping.
