Axles for sure a pair of nice new shiny ones D60 preferred but I would be ok with a built set of D44s as well.

More lift (long arms), wheels, tires would be top three, then full skid plate package. Lots of research before deciding the rest!

I would blow through 10k before I even got past the home page! Lol. A nice long arm kit and some wheels/tires and bumpers and I'd be over 10 already.

3" lift, powder coating, new wheels, new paint job (black), new soft top (tan) and a tan HT

That way I can have a black and tan and drive legally!
