In stock and ready to ship

When you put that on your website you should mean it. It's misleading to post that when things are not in stock and ready to ship. Then when you waste over a week coming up with excuses before you finally admit to things being back ordered it does not inspire confidence in your customers. Today alone I was told it's shipped and heres a tracking number then later told it's backordered. Things like this make me question placing future orders.

I sent you guys a pm yesterday. Need a quote for bilstein 5100 all four for 2016 willys with a teraflex leveling kit 1.5 inches.

If you have an order number (Begins with a W or a P) I can take a look at this and pass it along to our web team for review as well.
