How's Quadratec's performance been for all of you lately?

I had about a 5 month order with them recently.

I ordered an SYE kit through them because it said they had multiple in stock when I ordered, and about 2 months in, it hadn't even begun shipping yet. I called in multiple times and they said it was Advance Adapter's fault. One night (about 2 months after ordering) I called in and cancelled the order through Quaratec. That same night I ordered directly through Advance Adapters, and the order from Advance Adapters arrived less than week after ordering. About 3 months after canceling my order through Quadratec, a package mysteriously arrived at my door. I checked my billing and I was indeed charged from Quadratec about a week prior. I was able to make a return and get a refund, but man... Regardless of the mistake, what is Quadratec doing for the extra 4 months and 3 weeks that it takes them to get you an SYE kit that it doesn't take the manufacturer? 5 months for a SYE kit is a really long time.

It was my first order from Quadratec. Just curious as to what your experiences have been lately. Not sure what is going on over there. Glad it's over! Thank you!

I've been ordering from them for many years, because I always receive my order within 2 days. I make sure the items are in stock before ordering and always tell them to cancel my order if they're not. I've never had a problem doing things my way. Morris4x4 is my backup.

I can relate to that frustration. Good thing it all worked out.

Iíve ordered and still order from them, when I cant find something via Amazon or direct from a manufacturer. If I in fact order something through Quadra and I receive notification that itís back ordered, I usually give it a week. If the status doesnít change, I cancel. Seems their sales system isnít aligned with their warehouse(s) inventory. Just my guess.

I’m on week five for an order that was supposed to take three weeks. No follow up from Quadratec. Pretty disappointed as I needed the parts for the Rubicon trail this weekend.

I've been waiting on a rear seat cover for I think about 2 months now. No follow up. I called them and the guy told me it would be in stock 'next week'. That was about two or three weeks ago.

On my last order, I was sent some radiator cover instead of a retention strap. Totally different part. At least they corrected that one quickly.

I ordered a Crown OPDA after 2:00 PM on Wednesday 7/12.

Was in stock and shipped UPS Ground that day.
Quadratec originally estimated delivery by Monday 7/16.

Scheduled was updated by UPS Ground to deliver between 12:30 and 4:30 on Saturday 7/14.

It arrived early on Saturday, at 12:08 PM.

I was extremely happy it came so quickly!

My only disappointment is not with Qudratec, but with my week-long struggle to get the OLD OPDA out...

Usually pretty good luck on shipping but prices are generally not best and shipping is significant

However moderators clamp down on threads on vendors as that is where board makes its money so this is not a forum that tolerates much negative vendor feedback so take that into account when looking for vendor info on this forum

Bought a new top from them through the vendors post on this forum and got it in 2 days. Had great communication throughout the process.
