One of these things is not like the others...
Other sites, including foreign (overseas) / foreign language sites, I can input my PayPal info and proceed to checkout, where I usually find the shipping charges, if any.
Qtec site says it'll display shipping at the 'confirm order' page, yet at the confirm order page it just wants address and phone # format changes... despite PayPal automatically working elsewhere dozens of times for over a decade.
Once edits are done [ including manually toggling Country to Canada and re-editing my phone number as xxx-xxx-xxxx instead of PayPal's (xxx) xxx-xxxx ] submit again and now get an additional error regarding "item-state" and to call in without any indication of what offending field or item.
Items in basket are 2 x Alpine Cam Harness ALP-HRN-CAMCH and 1 x Ball cap and a key fob cover ( to make order above shipping threshold since 1 harness is $5 shipping but 2 was $12 ? )
* Could not resolve error, ordered from another vendor
(whom I hadn't bought from previously either), then proceeded straight to checkout without formating details, automatically populated PayPal info, no added shipping costs, click done.
BTW it was not Amazon, who also had it for same price w/ no shipping charge.
