Wow.

If I ran my customer service department like Quadratech, I'd be out of business. I ordered a transfer case shifter a month ago.... it was missing parts, looks like it has been mounted before etc... so, I sit on hold for 30 mins and never talk to anyone....so I e-mail customer service...after 4 days, I get a reply they appologize and say I can return it. I e-mail back... after another 4 days, they offer to send me a return label.... I respond and it takes another 4 days to hear back.... it's been several days again and STILL no return label. I did get UPS tracking info....from UPS.... but I can't track what has not been shipped. I planned on using any credit for additional parts...now I'm thinking otherwise.

I just wanted to let everyone know, Rick has gone above and beyond in helping get my issues with Quadratec resolved. I would like to retract my above statement and would like to add that I just placed another order. Thanks again!!
