New guy in NLV

Excited to join this forum, as the one I frequent the most doesn't have this much activity in the local sub-forum. Hoping to join you guys on some trail runs in the near future!

Welcome. I try to make a trip each Saturday, even if a short run. PM me and maybe we can get together. I live in Mountain's Edge in the southwest.

welcome to the fun, I did Gas Peak New Years eve as a night run and it is very stock friendly with a beautiful view of the valley and will probably be doing it as a day run soon most likely on a Sunday (obviously not the 1st lol but maybe the weekend after) I will let you know.

Did you hike up to the peak, and how long of a hike is it?

Ok... Here is the rest of the story... I have only owned my Jeep for a month so however "each Saturday" sounds amazing, 5 weeks is not that amazing. My wife, my son and I all have "the jeep bug" so a wheeling we go. It has turned out to be a good motivator for my son who has more off road miles in it than I do. With that, we are looking for good people that like to have fun and enjoy the great outdoors. This is a great group that has welcomed this Newbie to the Wrangler fold. Join us this Saturday in the Spring Mountains, see the post made by Off Pavement.
