Anyone in Northwest Arkansas? Looking for help rebuilding an engine.

I've got an 89 YJ, that has all the symptoms of a blown head gasket, but I'd like to just go ahead and get an entire rebuild kit, but I'm not really mechanically inclined, I've got basic tools like wrench and socket set.

Does anyone know a good mechanic or user on the forum in NWA, that I can pay to rebuild my engine for or with me? In your opinion, how much would something like this cost?

I'm not sure of a local Jeeper that would do it but I've heard good things about G&S machine shop out in Tonitown. As far as price I would guesstimate around $1500-2000 but don't quote me on that.
