Question Buffalo river area jeep roads?

Hi Guys,
We are making a day trip to do some sightseeing/hiking/geocache hunting up at the Buffalo River area. I've not been up there so I was hoping you all could steer us to any nice little roads/trails/crossings since we will of course be in the jeep. (and likely topless with this weather...Whoohoo)

I appreciate any suggestions/info. Lots of stuff online about the hiking trails/waterfalls etc...but no good info on where to go Jeepin' that I've found.

I am interested as well. Gonna take the wife on a trip in June in the Jeep up to AR and would like to find some back roads to run. Nothing technical as we will be solo on stock SA and lift although I do have a winch and some recovery gear.

I spend a lot of time up there in the fall on a motorcycle (avitar is 123 S of My Judea) but never get too far off the beaten path but see lots of forest roads and always wonder where the go.

Not sure where you're headed because Arkansas geography is still foreign to me but there is an off road park that's just opening in the Alexander/Bryant area near little rock. It's called carter off road park. You can look it up on Facebook. I clicked on the address they have on there and it took me right to it. I haven't explored yet though because they don't have maps or guides and their still building trails but the locals seem to be pretty pissed because they used to play on that land for free so it must be a good area lol. I hope to take arwyllis out that way this weekend and if all goes well we'll have a beginners review for the group next week
