Top 10 Best Car Seat Covers

For some, seat covers aren’t the most stylish accessory you can add to your vehicle, but they have a lot of value in keeping your interior in top notch shape. Some seat covers do have fancy patterns and colors that spice up your interior, but their main purpose is to keep your car’s seats clean. Whether protecting against spills, dirt, mud, or even sweat, seat covers come in a variety of prices and materials, so they’re not as easy to shop for as you may initially think. Read More

I don't think there is a single seat cover in that group of 10 that I would install into my or any Jeep. Bartact should be at the top of that list. Style, durability, water resistant, ease of cleaning, fit, comfort, additional zippered pockets and the ability to add extra bags due to the molle webbing are just a few of the perks about the Bartact that I can think of off the top of my head. Been running them in my JK for over 5 years now.

Agreed, jsukey. Although I can't speak for the bartacts, I've used Wet Okole covers in my JK for the last two years and love them. They're pricey, but the fit and durability are worth it, imo.

Just had another plus about the Bartact's...breathability! I have had seat covers in the past that felt like they were made out of rubber. Sure, they were waterproof...but the swamp-balls was stroooong with them! The Bartact's breathe like a regular fabric covered seat. Which brings me to an interesting thought/complaint. It's 2019 already...when are they going to add seat coolers to the Wranglers?!!!! Even Hyundai has seat coolers installed in some of their cars, and that's about as low end as I can think of. Get with the program Chrysler!!!

I've had the same set of Marathon seat covers on my 07 for about 8 years now. They are waterproof and machine washable. They wear like iron and look like new after washing. The fit is also perfect. I highly recommend them.

You can see them in this pic. I got the pockets in the seat backs which have been great!

Another +1 for Bartact. They should be on that list and number one.

I didn't like anything mentioned in OP's link. I'm leaning toward Iggies or Bartact for mine. I haven't heard of Marathon, but I'll check them out.

Headwaters Seat covers

Nothing in the OP's top ten are on my list either.
I love Headwaters Seat covers. Super durable Cordura material. American Made (Montana). Plus, Paul (the owner) is great to deal with.
(Sorry, the only close up I could find was on my husband's Super Duty.)

I had Wet Okole Neoprene on my COD. They looked cool, but the neoprene gave me swamp butt. Will never get them again.
