What are you looking to see? Are you staying on the east coast the whole time?

There are lots of cool springs and hiking in central florida (near ocala - gainesville).

You can drive on the beach from like St. Augustine to Daytona (i think..used to be able to years ago at least, haven't been in a while)

The keys are a fun drive/destination.

If you make it up north towards Tallahassee, there are some fun areas, just all depends on what you're after.

The gulf has amazing sunsets, the east coast has amazing sun rises.

Take off the top and enjoy this beautiful, diverse, state.

Try to avoid the tourist areas and super populated areas if you can.
Keep it simple stupid
