Depreciation

Hey,

What amount of money or percent depreciation would you expect on a Wrangler JL. For example, if a loaded Sahara JL new was in the $50,000 range, what % re-education of value could you expect over the first, second and third years. Roughly.
Just wondering.

Thanks.

many variables but much more than you will be told. use NADA or KBB and find out what the average trade value on a 2018 or 2019 JL Sahara that has lots of options with say 12000 miles is and that will give you an idea what you will loose in the first year. Goes down from there

Google it. Road and Track posted an article 9 days ago that matches what many search results show.

Whatever you do, avoid paying full MSRP for a JL. Most dealers these days seem content with getting anywhere between 90% and 95% of MSRP.

Good luck.
