Question on Light Bars that mount to hood

I know the light bars that mount over windshield whistle and hum. And I know there are quick cheap fixes to do this.

BUT, do the light bars that mount to the hood whistle or hum? Ready to order up:

ZROADZ Z344831-KIT-D

But want to make sure. I cant find information on it.

Thanks

I have a cheapie 20" on my hood and it doesn't make any noises. The mounts however bleed black onto my white paint but that's another story.

No noise on my jku. If you get one, be sure to get brackets that clear the windshield washer spray.

I had a 20" on my JK didn't make any noise at all.... Makes me wonder if it is more gap related than heat sink......

I went with the Rough Country 20" bracket for just under $30. There are several manufactures manufactures of this style. Rigid has some nice ones for $80.

I'm very happy with mine.
