Rubicon front bumper upgrade

Upgraded my cheapo plastic front bumper to a Rubicon steel bumper and winch guard. The only glitch was the steel skid plate does not ship with any mounting hardware I had to go to mopar parts and order all the individual mounting bolts, brackets and screws.

Nice Mod. I really like my JLUR Bumpers. Sounds silly but just the act of being able to remove/reinstall the end caps (heavier than you might think) is a fun twice a year mod that you can drink beer while executing.
Now you need the lights!

I really like the lights are they OEM MOPAR parts?

Mopar yes. Genuine built like tanks...heavy tanks. Bright as hell.. Really nice lights and I've owned them all (twice).
I am a freak when it comes to lights.
Well, truthfully several things but lights are right up there.

is it the law in your state the auxiliary lights need to be covered?

Given that it is PA I assume so. I know there is a stipulation regarding above or below HLs as well.

Same mod here. I was super lucky and got the bumper and the screws and brackets from they guy I bought my used soft top from. $600 I think. Had to instal rivnuts (sp?) too. Bit of a pain.

Yes I needed the 2 mounting brackets 4 rivnuts 4 bolts and 5 screws $65 from mopar
you got a great deal I paid dealer cost for the parts new 825 for the bumper and 114 for the skid plate and 65 for the skid plate hardware
