Cool Death Wobble?

Exactly what is death wobble and what is the fix. My 98 TJ sometimes when hitting a bump will start the front end act like its out of balance and out of alignment. I slow down and it stops. Goes for weeks without problems then all of a sudden it does it again. I've heard about death wobble kits, but what is it.
Thanks

Check the bushings in your controls arms and your wheel and unit bearings. Also make sure the ends of your tie rod are at the proper position and they are tight!! Wheel alignment and tire balance are also good things to keep a lookout on!! Hope this helps!!!

I found the problem and was fairly easy fix. Don't know if right way but it worked.Track bar end was wallowed out allowing bushing bolt to move. I drilled out a piece of steel with 3/8" drill bit and put it on outside of mount, this secured the bolt and now no death wobble.
