Sumter National Forest

Got my Wrangler Saturday, and the wife and I went riding around SNF (near Chester) yesterday afternoon.

Not really anything but dirt roads, but came across a couple of trees down across the road. It was awesome to just drop it in 4L and go around in the ditch. I'm afraid I'm hooked!

First Jeep, first 4WD. I can tell this is going to get expensive.

You should go down to Manchester WMA. There is a 4,000 acre area that is nothing but swamps. If you need help finding it i can point you in the right direction on google maps. I use to be stationed at Shaw AFB and use to bowhunt alot over at manchester state park.

Stationed here at Shaw and there are some great back roads leading through the WMA areas here. Asked a ranger one day and he said take the roads at your own risk as long as there wasn't a sign saying stay out.
