I WANT it! Whose is it? WHAT is it? :-)

A few months ago we bought a 2018 JL Sport in mojito with dreams of building build it up and heading back to the trails (nothing too extreme). Shortly after, I found this pic. I have NO idea where I found it, nor any other deets, all I have is this pic.

1. What do you think, what size lift and tires are these?
2. This is a Rubi, I have a sport - is this set up compatible for my Sport?

Definitely not street legal the way it’s set up in that pic, but sure looks like it would be fun to bang around.

Its from a shop here in Pennsylvania. The shop is owned by Kenny Hauk of Hauk Designs.

Hauk Designs

I believe that JL is built up some as the shop doesnt just slap pitbull tires on a stock JL. They do some nice work from what I've seen. He's known for some creative theme designed builds too. (Think Pauly Jr from OCC and you'll get the picture). Search Google Images for Kenny Hauk Themed designs and alot should come up.

That JL definitely wouldn't pass PA State inspection that way so no way would it be road legal. He also did up a JLU with 40's and has had it in several shows and states including at MOAB already. He was very quick to have it done up since the release of the JLU. He designed some fender flares for it but again not sure how he is getting inspection stickers on it and driving it around.
Here in PA, no matter what part of the state, we have strict inspection rules on tire stick out beyond the fender flares.
Granted I've seen my fair share of vehicles with tires sticking out on more than just Jeeps. How they get away with it is beyond me. Esp. the shop not losing their license. I've heard alot of stories on a few FB Jeep pages and people's experiences around the state.
Where I live most places I went to would deny a pass to an inspection if I had tire stick out or something else that wasn't street legal. I guess I don't know the right people nor have the stock swaps to pass. lol!
