JL TRUCK ON 42s!! 🔥

Forget the green renders you have seen floating around the interwebs.. This one is REAL.

Its a 2018 JL Sahara, buit by Bruiser Conversions and dubbed the JL CREW. Its cut directly behind the rear seats on the body with a custom fabricated bulkhead. The frame was cut directly in the center and stretched 24 with an internal sleeve and external welded clamshell that is bolted to the factory frame. The bed is a chase truck utility bed with CO2, Nitrogen, pressurized water, auxiliary fuel, onboard welder, power inverter, onboard air for tools and about $6k worth of tools to get you out of ANY spot or make any fix on the trail!

Wanna see more? Check out the build link here!: Bruiser Converison's JL Crew

Regardless of opinion on looks, the main thing to takeaway is the time, development, engineering / design it took to make this thing come together. Its not just a pretty SEMA build. Its a fully capable wheeling machine loaded with anything and everything to fix any trail break including an on board welder. Not to mention its a fully custom designed truck they they designed in house. This isnt a kit, and to duplicate something like this will cost huge $$$

I don't know....this isn't Mad Max. I get that it's capable, but it's fugly. I wouldn't drive it. But I just go to Bed Bath and Beyond. Maybe Home Depot. Who knows..

"Fully capable wheeling machine"

Where? On what? A dirt road?

This behemoth couldn't go anywhere in my area.

He's likely referring to tight trails where even 4 doors have to take 2-3 stabs to get around a turn.
Pretty sure I wouldn't want to be the guy in that rig for those types of trails

Yep. Any tight trail or with any corners and this thing is stuck.

It would make a great Baha service truck but the truth is...it will never see dirt...not even dust. It's a show truck.

Very cool and unique. I'd love to see this in person.

To the haters - maybe it can't do *your* trail or whatever; so what, that completely invalidates this build?

This is the Bruiser Conversion. It was born a JLU and the bed was added. This is NOT the JL Truck....

When you trade it in on a gladiator, will you be removing all the aftermarket mods?

There will be no trading in on a gladiator for this build! Its a purpose build truck for WARN.

I probably came off as a hater, I'm not. I see you guys have done a ton of work and the result is very respectable. I think Jeep stole your idea for the gladiator!

No worries! Everyone has their own opinions anyways lol. Seeing this beast first hand at SEMA really changed our perspective as well.
