Wheel change?

I keep hearing you can put 35s on this thing with no lift straight off the showroom floor. Most 35s are 12.5" wide.

Will those fit with the factory wheels, or will you need wheels with the appropriate backspacing?

The factory wheels always have awful backspacing. I guess we’ll find out when they get released, the white sport for LA auto show had some Mopar Gear Wheels, I thought they looked pretty cool.

I like the 5 spoke Sahara wheels, kinda look like hot wheel rims.

I think Jeep is only claiming that the Rubicon can take 35s stock because of the larger wheel arches.

I thought that they were gonna be offering 35s as a factory option, but that appears to be false, so I think the wheels are still supposed to be replaced or spaced, but will technically fit a 35 like the JK's.
