Anyone know how to change ball joints?

I have a 2007 Rubi with 35" and am replacing all upper/lower ball joints with heavy duty synergy, they're $200.00 but the labor I am getting quoted is high. A local muffler/tire shop here in Noblesville said they would do it for $500.00 roughly but don't know if I should trust them. Northwest Frame are the experts and I'll call them in the morning and get their quote, it will be higher is my guess.

I'd be willing to pay and help if you're interested in teaching me, here's the rig.

Other than that I just like to say hello, just found out that there were state based forums. Looking to start doing some off roading and can't wait to connect with my fellow Hoosiers ...
