I am. There really isnt much in the way of trails around our area. There's a few "no winter maintenance" roads out near creemore, that are actually road allowances so you can run them, but they kinda lacking. We did them yesterday for something to do and only had it in 4WD once. lol

Other than that there's Gibson River Trail in Port Severn which is decent for a day trip, or an overnight camping trip, as it's on Crown Land and free. Shoot me a PM and maybe we can meet up and i'll introduce you to a few more Barrie guys that I wheel with and we can get you out for some runs this summer with us if you want.

If you don't mind driving a bit there is Concession Lake Road outside of Bobcaygen found it on google and went up there one Saturday. It was really fun but after about an hour in I turned back as I was alone and it was starting to get pretty bad in spots and I didn't want to be stranded with my wife and kids with me . if anyone wants to me up sometime and head up that way would love to give it a try again.

First weekend with the Jeep and every prospective
Trail ended with a fence and no trespassing
sign. Would love to hear of somewhere in my area

I am thinking about going up to Concession Lake Trail in the next week if anyone is interested. It's a little north of Bobcaygeon(40min) and is a good 2hr drive for me so would mine meeting up there around 9-10am get a few hours of trail in and then head back or grab a bite to eat in town first.

If anyone is interested and would like to head up send me a pm. I am free most days this week and am also a beginner. I do have a strap but no winch. And from what I have been on it was one of the best trails around I have been on.

Hi
I would be interested in Concession trail, I'm newbie also. I just did trailfest, trails are great in Bobcaygeon.
I'm at Moparfest this weekend but send me message for future runs there.
I live in Cambridge
Fred.

Yes I have done it once, I only had the jeep for 3 weeks and had my wife and kids with me so got to a point where I felt I shouldn't go any further with out a buddy in case I got stuck. Was a lot of fun. And would love to go further into it.

It seems this week is a no go for most as they have to work(expected). Saturday is no good for me but any other day beside sat. Including this Sunday is good for me if anyone wants to go up.

Maybe we could set a date for the last weekend or second last weekend of August to have a meet and trail run up there.

Would also love to check out Minden, so keep me posted on that as well.
I don't check this particular thread daily, and it doesn't exactly update on my phone so as stated before for a quick response pm me on here
