Unfortunately, I don't know of any. I'm sure there are more than a couple in Ile Perrot and St Lazare. But, Its tough to squeeze that information out of wheelers. Fear of crowding their spots or alerting the authorities.
I'm on the hunt tho

Sweet rig btw. Did you ever get pulled over around Montreal for your front wheel sticking out past the fender?

Thanks. I just installed them a last week, but the tire tread only sticks out 1/4 inch from the fender, so shouldn't be any problems.

I've had these on for a few weeks now and passed about 100 cops. No issues, yet. I've had a few actually wave at me lol

Awesome! Nice Jeep. I might invest in a soft top next year. Taking the hard top on and off is getting to me.
Are the wheelin spots in the laurentians public or private? I'd love to roll up there with a small Jeep possy

I did get pulled over yesterday, said nothing about my fenders or tire coverage! Still got a ticket for what he pulled me over for (using a phone while driving). No speeding tickets since I had the Jeep!

Haha no speeding tickets indeed! I don't think I could speed in my jeep if I tried. Good news about the fenders / wheel coverage. I still have not been given a hard time about it.

My rig after lightly rolling through a construction zone. Flat fender flairs and wide tires = muddy jeep. Not a bad look though

ID:	3319369I just got this as a winter project. 2000 TJ I6 5 speed. Tub is completely gone floors and tub mounts are a mess. Going to do a tub swap etc and will hopefully have her back on the road in the spring.

Never worked on a jeep before so should be an adventure.

Hi Mark!
Nice jeep! Hopefully we'll see it on the mean west island streets come Spring!
Please send updates as the project goes along. Doesn't even matter if the pics are upside down

Cheers!

Thanks Zinck,

I may create a build thread at some point down the road.

Some progress I have repaired the passenger side of the tub Im going to swap in. There was some damage and rust along the sill and edge of the floor which I cut out and welded in new metal. Need to do the same on the drivers side and then a bit of bondo.

Stripped and cleaned the inside floor and painted half of it. Using the gravel paint stuff I picked up at CT. I find its easy to apply covers great and the finish is what I am looking for. Will paint the rest when I flip the tub to do the repairs on the drivers side. Don't think I will be reinstalling the carpet.

a couple of pics. Upside down again. Next time i'll post from my PC instead of this Mac i'm on and see if it makes a difference.

Stay warm and happy holidays to all!!

Mark
