Just picked up my first Jeep...CG Rubi Unlimited. It's my dd, but I'm really interested in doing some wheelin (never have before). Is there a CT Club or a group that goes out in the state? Looking for something mild and to have some fun with other Jeep owners.
Very nice! I was just at the Tractor Supply Co over there yesterday...got a 'stall matt' which worked out really well to cover the gap with the back seats down...the dog (and I) are really happy. Was gonna post some picks today for the group. Only $23. Really simple, but great for those with dog(s) as their co-pilots.
Posted it with pics in "For the Dogs". A long time ago in a galaxy far far away I went wheelin' with a friend a few times (as a passenger). "Legal" off-roading options seemed to be non-existant, atleast according to him. Is there a CT based Jeep club you recommend? I found NE JEEP. Just itching to meet up with others and get my Rubi dirty. I remember how fun it was to sit in as a passenger...now I wanna be the pilot!
Man, I checked out Ronin and that looks PERFECT. I love the mission of giving back, quality over quantity, etc. Exactly what I'm looking for. I'm a local business owner and appreciate that. I tried several times to contact them and also do the membership consideration form...seems to be down, as it wouldn't let me complete either. Do you have any contact info? Thanks in advance.
