Stubby Stinger Bumpers in NJ

Does anyone know if cops hassle over stubby stinger bumpers? I like them for the look, plus I can get one really cheap. Any thoughts?

I believe full width bumpers are required. I havent heard many people complaining about being ticketed though.

That website does seem to say that full width bumpers are required. But like he said, I've seen hundreds of stubby bumpers in NJ and I've never heard of anyone getting any trouble for it. And I've seen almost all of those laws broken plenty of times (several by myself on my DD) and have never had any problems. Bottom line- I don't think they're enforced very much at all.

That is what I thought but I figured I'd asked around if it is a real issue or not. Thanks.
