Upgrade help needed

Guys I need solid advice on how to proceed, I have a 97 2.5 4 cyl with 32 procomm m/t, I have a 2" spacer lift, new radiator tune up, wires, drive shaft new exhust new cat, springs and shocks new front bumber winch ect. So here is my small problem , now my transmission is shot. so before replace it with the same type, what are my options, as far as upgrading, also because I have about $1000 worth of repairs to my current engine, a few oil leaks through both the front of the engine (Harmanic Balancer) and the rear gasget, so I am considering replacing both Engine and tranny at the same time, I will need to take it to a shop (im in East Rutherford, NJ if anyone knows of a good shop) I was leaning toward Jaspers engines and transmission, does anyone have any experience with their prodocts, also I hate the power of the 2.5, any suggestons on how to proceed, thanks in advance

Can't beat Jaspers warranty. The motors and transmissions seem to hold up fine. It's all my buddie4s shop deal with . The have literally replaced hundreds of motors and transmission with Jasper products.
Wjhat kind of transmission do you have? If it was a stick I'd look into an ax15. Plenty strong enough for a 4cyl even if you were to add a shot of nitrous, turbo or supercharger. If it is an autmatic, I'm not a fan of any auto jeep trans. The AW4 seems semi reliable however it rob about 34% of your hp going to the wheels from what I have seen on the dyno. The only jeep auto I'd run came out of late 70s CJs

Theyre located in Lacey Township on Lacey Road. It's area 51 Garage or something like that. Theyre a legit shop , but they go by word of mouth, they don't list themselves. If you are truely interested I'll get the shop # to give you. All I have is his cell.

Sounds Good Mudboy, but wish I was closer to Lancey, its 1:45 min to get my jeep to them, so that would be alittle costly, what would help is, if you can get me a ball park price on the what whole thing would cost, so I know what Iam dealing with

sorry for taking so long to reply. I will look into tonight for you. Just remember that Jasper products can be pretty costly.
