Wharton ride

Will be riding trails in Wharton on Sunday if anyone is interested in coming out for a Cpl hours. Normal meet at pic 9 am.

Can you guys tell me a little about Wharton as far as trails and conditions you get into there. I used to ride dirt bikes a long time ago on the fire roads/trails back off 72 near LBI. Dirt trails, sand trails, muddy spots with some ponding here and there. I would imagine it's similar to that.

Will a bone stock new JKU Sahara do ok there?

Most can be done with a stock jeep. I haven't been there in like a year so I don't know how deep some of the puddles have gotten. That's y I have full recovery gear. Never been in a hole I couldn't winch out of.

Ok cool, I don't have any recovery gear yet. For the time being I'll have to make sure I carry plenty of beers for when I get stuck and need help.
