Looking for input 2004 Grand Cherokee

Hi Guys
I've owned two Jeeps ('95YJ & '98TJ) and am now looking at a Grand Cherokee. I need some input as I'm a newbie when it comes to this model. I've read the thread The Ultimate WJ Grand Cherokee Buyer's Guide - JeepForum.com and am now looking for some personal input.

My situation:
1. Single guy
2. Live in the Northeast (Upstate New York)
3. jeep will be my daily driver (put about 8,000 miles a year on going to work)
4. Don't do any off roading
5. Looking for a good all around vehicle.

Here's a link to the vehicle I'm looking at. Would love to know what folks think, if this is a good deal or not?

Would appreciate any and all input as to price/condition etc.
