Looking to lease my first Wrangler Unlimited

Just like everyone else in this forum, I have recently fallen in love with the Wrangler Unlimited. Problem is, I don't know whats "the right price" when negotiating with the dealership on a lease price. After doing my research, i understand they don't have the incentives like most cars do but Im not sure if I'm getting ripped off with the price that was being thrown at me either. Maybe someone on here can help. Ive been to one dealership so far and was talking to the sales rep about getting into a Sport (35k sticker when all said and done with options). He came at me with the lowest deal at 2k down 440/month, 36 months. Does that price sound right or should that deal be able to be beat elsewhere? All input is appreciated.
