Soft top not closure problem.

I'm new to jeeps I got a 2010 JK 2dr. The top I bought it with seems like it's not on correctly so when it's windy the corners come up like it's gonna fly off. Any advice on how to fix it? Or does it just need to be replaced? This is a picture of it.

check the latch by the doors and make sure the top is locked in on the side or it won't close right

Is that actually hooked into the metal loops and closed all the way?
