YJ's in the NY/NJ area

Let's get a YJ trail ride together.

I'm dead stock at the moment so I'm thinking somewhere like Jackson or Sparta with 3-5 rigs tops.

In about a month I'll be installing the pile of parts in the garage and emerging with 33's, upgraded axles, 4.56's and lockers. At that point I'd be down for bigger groups doing trips to MaBell, Rausch, or Anthracite.

How hilarious would it be to have a group of squares hit the trail together?!?!

Respond if you're interested...

Stock YJ's are a lot of fun.
I've been having a blast in mine, around town and off road.

RogerB, I gotta do the axle seal in the front. I have a few clunks and weird rattles in the front and rear I'd like to address as well. How about we get together and wrench to make sure nobody breaks down..?

my TJ was in the shop for an inspection 2 days ago in Baldwin, Long Island... there was a nice black lifted YJ on 31's with a WF sticker alongside my Jeep when I picked it up.

whoever you are... you brought it to the right place! Mark is an awesome mechanic.

Well you know I've got a laundry list of stuff to do as well...

I'm tied up the next couple weekends, how about a weekday evening?

Whenever. I have time before I start school again in January. Id love to learn a few things as well. Having a YJ is like going back to school all over again.

Dude. Sorry for the delayed response.
Baby Blue is clunk and rattle city.
I have some surgery to perform on the crossmember that holds the front of the gas tank skid up, and need to do the CAD delete mod with new front shafts.
I'm going to make a weekend of it.
Most likely Nov 7-8.
If you're free stop by and we'll tag team both jeeps.
Need to get it done before it's too cold to feel the wrenches...
