    Hi,
I came across this site looking for R/P installation quotes. I've been searching the local shops and there isn't many I trust although I haven't really given them a chance either.

From what it sounds like you installed your own gears? I've never done this but I've watched so many videos and studied the whole process that I feel confident I could do it. I understand the process from setting pinion preload, pinion depth, finding corre t backlash, and readjusting shims as needed to get a good contact pattern, etc. Tools needed would be a bearing removal tool, in/oz beam torque wrench, dial indicator and holder, race driver, large torque for reassembly.

I've never set up gears before. It sounds like you did your own. Was that the first time you set them up or am I mistaken? Thanks for any help.
