First Jeep, What tires?
Hey everybody I just inherited a sweet 94 YJ. Its Moab ready as we say around here and I am falling in love every day. I've never owned a Jeep before and none of my friends have caught the vision so I'll be asking a couple thousand questions.
The first one is this. It needs tires on it really bad it won't see a ton of mud but mostly Moab type stuff hard rock and sand. It's not my daily driver but I do drive it around town when I don't feel like trying to park my long bed, so it does see some street. I'd say it'll be 50/50 use. I'm trying to decide between Goodyear MTR's with Kevlar, or Nitto Trail Grapplers, or the BFGoodrich Mud KM2. What are thoughts?
Also how do you measure what size of shocks you need? It's lifted but no clue how high.
