Protect SS brake line

See attached photo. My rear brake lines rub up against my sway bar/sway bar mounts. What should I do to prevent future damage? I was thinking maybe adding a length of rad house. Thoughts?

Piece of rubber hose on the sway bar, or on the brake line.

Cut a piece of fuel line and slice it the long way and put it over the brake hose and then a couple of tywrap's on the rubber hose to hold it in place

This. Unless you can reroute the line or fab a holder of some sort.

If you go the hose method, check it every few months as it will eventually wear through and need to be replaced with that line sitting the way it is now.
