RE budget boost and motor mount lift.

I'm going to put on a Rubicon express 2" BB with the monotube shocks. I'm also going to put on a performance accessories 1" BL so I can clear 32" tires. Should I/do I need a motor mount lift as well? If so will an inch do it? I would rather not drop the t-case skid if I can help it, will the MML take care of that?

Anyone of you run this BB? how do you like it and the monotube shocks?

06' 2.4L 6spd in case that matters. Anything else I will need, i'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

Each jeep is different, but with a 2" BB you should not have to drop the t-case nor a motor mount lift. If you get some vibs spend 5 bucks and get some washers in there to slightly drop the t-case. If anything you may need to re adjust the t-case shifter linkage, but should be about it.

thx. I just replaced my shifter linkage with the $20 package from the dealership it was knocking on the tub and driving me insane. What would be involved in adjusting it?

Also how about my swaybars, I have some home-made disconnects in there now, will they have to be extended or can they stay stock without a problem?

I off road it quite a bit with our 4x4 club in the muddy mountains. I really want the OME 2.5" from DPG offroad but I just can't swing the $900+ anytime soon. Do you think the RE BB with monotube shocks, 1" BL lift with 32" tires will be a decent substitute for the time being? Performance wise?

How bad are the regular twin tube shocks? You could save even more money going with those instead of the monotube. Anyone run the twin tubes, what's the consensus on those? is it worth the extra $150 to get the monotube shocks? I've always been curious about that.
