Dana 60 axles
 
A guy I know is selling Dana 60 front and rear axles built up and ready to go with transfer case, 4.56 gears and lockers front and rear. They have drum brakes all the way around and leaf springs in the back. Ge wants 1500 bucks for the whole setup, but could prob be talked down some. How much work and extra money and work would it be to put these on my TJ, do you recomend it, and is that a decent price???

those D60s are geared up for 33-35 tires. bit much axle for those tires. not to mention the work that would go into getting them under the jeep. not really worth it unless your building a hardcore trail rig IMO.

i bet one locker costs that , i'd buy it and resell it ,bet i could make a grand on it
