Evaporator suggestions

Hey all, looking for solid evaporator core suggestions for a TJ. Gotta replace mine and I hear the OEM ones are flimsy but can't find any good reviews on aftermarket ones. Probably gonna end up doing...

It didn't start making this noise until about 200 miles on the new engine and it definitely didn't make this noise on the old engine. That and its not really loud but its loud enough to cause concern.

Update: I was right I guess the older motor's crank was a little wider so it was knocking against the brace. popped it out and the new motor runs like a champ!

Forgot to add, the compression tests showed 150-160psi across all cylinders. The 3rd cylinder from the back of the engine was at about 120psi dry and that went up to about 140 when I added oil....

Ok so I pulled the oil pan and, just for shiggles, also did a compression test. Rod bearigs looked pretty worn, It was shiny and silver in the middle and the outsides were a brass color....

Joe, would it matter if the clutch is pressed or not? Mine makes no difference whether the clutch is pressed or not, it does go away when I accelerate though

No, no noise difference when the clutch is pressed and the noise is definitely coming from within, I pressed my ear up to the bell housing and heard something rattling inside
